  • Time Frame: Items must be returned within 30 days of the purchase date.

  • Condition: Products must be in their original, unused condition with all packaging intact, including any tags, labels, and original protective packaging.

  • Proof of Purchase: A receipt, order confirmation, or other proof of purchase is required for all returns to verify the transaction.
     

Non-Returnable Items

  • Customized or Personalized Products: Any items that have been customized or personalized according to customer specifications cannot be returned.

  • Final Sale Items: Products marked as final sale are non-returnable and cannot be refunded or exchanged.


Return Process

  1. Initiate a Return:

    • Our team will provide you with a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number, which must be included with your return package.

  2. Prepare Your Return:

    • Repack the item securely in its original packaging, including all documentation, parts, and accessories that were originally included.

    • Ensure the RMA number is clearly indicated on the package to facilitate the return process.

    • Customers are responsible for return shipping costs. We recommend using a trackable shipping method and purchasing shipping insurance, as Salvation Relief is not responsible for items lost or damaged during return shipping.


Refunds

  • Inspection and Processing: Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will process your refund within 5-7 business days. You will receive a notification email once your return has been processed.

  • Method of Refund: Refunds will be issued to the original method of payment. Please note that it may take additional time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund to your account.

  • Shipping Charges: Original shipping charges are non-refundable unless the return is due to a defect or error on our part.


Exchanges
